We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Each item is individually palletized for shipping so your table is protected during its journey. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Tracking numbers will be updated few days after your order has been SHIPPED. I want you to love what you bought. Remember each item is one of a kind and has unique marbling, pitting, and grain patterns. They are 100% natural and just as Mother Nature and Father Time designed them. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we inspect the return, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name, contact information and order number on the inside of any returns so we know who to credit.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty as long as you cancel before it ships. If the item is already shipped, please let us know and we will try to divert it back to us. You will be credited when the item arrives back in our facility less any shipping charges incurred.

I've done this before....If you provided an incorrect address by mistake simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know and remember to cc me at jonathan@monkeypodz.com so I can rectify the situation asap .

Shipping times can vary. Most items arrive at their final destination in the continental US in about seven days after leaving our facility.
